Adrian's Visit With Santa

Little man was in awe of Santa, he just couldn't stop staring at him. I guess you'll have to wait until our Christmas cards are printed to see Adrian's photo with Santa.

Mrs. Fari taught Adrian to walk with a walker at her house. Tonight he showed off what he learned. Mommy and daddy are so proud of you, AC!

We're in so much trouble! the last picture of little man holding CM is not staged at all. Out of all the jars and bottles on the frig. door little man held up CM. Looks like he is truly an Otto! that's how he rolls!

Movin on Up!

Here is a picture of Adrian and his buddies from his previous daycare center. He will definitely miss his friends there but we'll still get together for play dates on the weekend.

This morning Adrian started his new in home daycare provider...Mrs. Fari's house. Have you ever been to some one's home and feel like you can stay there forever? Mrs. Fari's house is so warm and inviting. Call me a bad mommy but I never took note of how clingy Adrian was in the morning until this morning he was perfectly content at Fari's. I just chucked it up as Adrian having separation anxiety. Another mom at Minnieland pointed out to me that the new group of teachers at Minnieland spend minimal time sitting down on the mat and interact with their children. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they're just way too busy with all those children in the room. Unfortunately, the children at Minnieland become attention deprived and have to resort to throwing tantrums to get attention. It is a vicious cycle of survival method. At Mrs. Fari's this morning little man didn't even flinch when I was leaving. Mrs. Fari asked many questions so she can keep Adrian on his schedule until he transitions over to the new schedule. I had the opportunity to meet the other moms and children and they were all very pleasant. Katy (10 months old) isn't very mobile yet but is one with the exersaucer. She was just bouncing away this morning. Max and Ben (both about 1.5 years old) are very well behaved toddlers-of what I saw this morning anyways. They have a great group dynamic in there.

Adrian's Sibling

AC and Miko basically act like siblings. He tries to take her toys, she tries to take his, he chases her, she licks him. He drops his cheerios on the floor for Her, she hangs out under his highchair whenever he eats. And so on. They get along well.

You Have To Share!

Adrian demanding CPK to share her paci. I think he's growing fond of CPK because I caught him kissing her on the mouth today.
